Ria Mae
Born in Halifax, Nova Scotia, Ria Mae is a Juno Award nominated electro-pop singer-songwriter signed to Sony Music Canada.
After spending many hours writing songs and teaching herself how to play guitar, Mae released her debut EP, 'Between the Bad' in 2009. After a number of independent releases, including a string of Billboard-charting singles and debut record 'Under Your Skin' in 2011, Mae eventually came to the attention of Sony Records Canada with whom she signed in 2015.
Mae went on to collaborate with a string of artists including Classified and Frank Kadillac and most recently released latest EP 'Stars' in March 2019. Mae is also a vocal campaigner for LGBTQ+ rights and portrayed her sexuality in the music video for 'Gold'.
