Pulse
Germans Tommi Eckhart and Klaus Loschner (aka DJ Good Groove) met in 1992, and formed Pulse to create minimal, driving techno. The two first appeared remixing on the Disko B label, remixing Caesar's "Don't You Do It." Pulse signed to Harthouse and in early 1993, released "Outlaw Parts I and II." Eckhart and Loschner's debut album, Surface Tensions, appeared in 1994. Eckhart is also part of the trance group Perry & Rhodan, while Loschner, as DJ Good Groove, has recorded two volumes of Drummatic Tales.
