Minino Garay
Argentine percussionist born in 1966, Minino Garay began his career in Paris, where he accompanied both variety artists and jazz musicians. In 2002, he founded Les Tambours du Sud and recorded a debut album influenced by the songs and rhythms of his childhood. Composer, soloist and leader, Minino Garay brings together a host of South American musicians and guests including Magic Malik, Pierre Bertrand, Louis Winsberg, Daniel Mille, Jean-Pierre Como and Jean-Michel Pilc. In 2013, he revived the spirit of the "cuartetos" on the album Asado.
