Makoto Furukawa

Previously a Space Craft Entertainment artist, Makoto Furukawa went freelance in 2018. He has had a prolific career as a voice artist, appearing in many TV anime shows including voicing the main character Saitama in 'One Punch Man' (2015) and the character Bann Tada in 'Golden Time' (2013). He has played characters in anime films and video games. He first became interested in the Japanese voice acting industry as a child and enrolled at Fukuoka's Music Vocational School. As a singer, he has performed with several groups including Café Parade and Soara, and also performed as a solo artist releasing single 'Miserable Masquerade' on the Lantis label in 2018. This reached number nine on the Oricon's Weekly Singles Chart. This single was followed by 'Buzzer Beater' and 'No Map But I'll Be Back', also in 2018, the latter of which features on the soundtrack for 'One Punch Man' (2015).

Fukuoka has hosted several radio shows, including on 'GOLDEN TIM'E (2013), 'One Pan Man Justice Enforcement!' on 'Maji Radio!' (2015), 'Makoto Furukawa No Orange Futari' (2016), 'Everything Hero! Let's Get Ready' (2016) and also a show on 'Fate/Apocrypha' (2017).
