MC Jean Gab'1
MC Jean Gab'1's life is marked by misfortune. Orphaned after his father murdered his mother, MC Jean Gab'1 went through the DDASS before committing a robbery in Germany and serving seven years in prison. This "legitimacy" has led him to harshly criticize many French rappers who play on misery, without really having experienced it. The single "J't'emmerde" (2002) is as much about settling scores as it is about getting noticed. Ma Vie in 2003 faithfully retraces his career, before MC Jean Gab'1 returns with Seul...J't'emmerde in 2010.
