Didier Malherbe
During the wild 1970s, saxophonist and flautist Didier Malherbe learned his trade in the Gong community before turning to jazz with the group Bloom, which became Faton Bloom in 1985. Ten years and new experiences later, including the reformation of Gong, he founded the Hadouk ensemble, the origin of a fusion between jazz and world music. In addition to a number of film scores, Didier Malherbe has collaborated on various projects, including the double album Nuit D'Ombrelle with guitarist Eric Löhrer, released in 2011.
