Brunori Sas

Dario Brunori was born on September 28, 1977 in Cosenza, a town in Calabria, Italy, and spent his childhood in Joggi, a hamlet in Santa Caterina Albanese, then in Guardia Piemontese. He then attended the University of Siena, graduating with a degree in Economics and Commerce. In 2009, Dario Brunori entered the world of music, deciding to embark on a career as a singer-songwriter under the pseudonym Brunori Sas. In June of the same year, he released his first album, Vol.1, a collection of simple, straightforward pop songs. Two years later, in 2011, he released his second opus, Vol.2 - Poveri Cristi, in which he shifts his focus from nostalgia and autobiographical stories to the lives of his contemporaries. That same year, Brunori Sas wrote the soundtrack for È nota une star? a film by Lucio Pellegrini, starring Rocco Papaleo and Luciana Littizzetto. At the end of 2013, a third album was released, entitled Vol.3 - Il camion di Santiago in cab. Brunori Sas then turned his attention to theater and television. He returned with the single "Al di là dell'amore" in the last quarter of 2019, and announced the release of the album Cip!and a tour for 2020.
